MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511126313 A) filed by Raghav Productivity Solutions Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Dec. 13, 2025, for 'precision automated plc weighing & batching system.'

Inventor(s) include Sanjay Kabra.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Precision Automated PLC Weighing & Batching System A precision automated PLC weighing and batching system and method for mineral batches, such as ramming mass, are disclosed. The system features multiple silos storing graded mineral fractions (0-1 mm to 7-12 mm and ~200 mesh fines), each with variable-rate feeders. A receiving vessel on load cells provides real-time weight feedback to a PLC programmed with recipes, enabling closed-loop control to dynamically adjust feeder speeds for simultaneous or sequential discharges, achieving target masses with minimal overshoot and no manual intervention. Key elements include recipe management for storage and recall, data logging for traceability (including IDs, timestamps, signals, and silos), and PLC-controlled binder dispensers for boric acid or boron oxide, with screening and screw feeders timed for homogeneous mixing in a downstream intensive mixer. The method comprises recipe programming, discharge initiation and monitoring, real-time adjustments based on residuals, set-point termination, logging, and binder-dosed batch transfer, integrated between upstream processing and mixing for reproducible compositions."
