MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527053481 A) filed by Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Oklahoma, on June 2, for 'preparation of anti-apc monoclonal antibody and use thereof.'

The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided in the present invention is a preparation of an anti-aPC monoclonal antibody. A buffer system of the preparation is histidine/histidine hydrochloride or acetic acid/sodium acetate. The preparation at least comprises two of the following protective agent components: a. a saccharide or a sugar alcohol, the saccharide being selected from trehalose and sucrose, and the sugar alcohol being selected from sorbitol or mannitol; b. an amino acid, the amino acid being selected from arginine hydrochloride or aspartic acid; and c. sodium chloride. The pH of the preparation is 5.0-6.3. Said preparation in the present invention ensures long-term stability of an anti-aPC monoclonal antibody under a preservation condition, thereby obtaining a preparation prescription capable of stabilizing said monoclonal antibody."
