Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Process For The Manufacture Of Food Products With Crabtree-Negative Yeasts' Filed by Moa Biotech, S. L.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517051372 A) filed by Moa Biotech, S. L., Pamplona, Spain, on May 28, for 'process for the manufacture of food products with crabtree-negative yeasts.'

Inventor(s) include Sanchez Gomez, Susana; Emparanza Garcia, Bosco; Pertierra Rodriguez, Miguel; Safont Resardi, Barbara; Castander Illarramendi, Kizkitza; and Cavero Asiain, Maria Eugenia.
