MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517085037 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Sept. 8, for 'processing method and apparatus, terminal device, and network device.'
