This program causes the processor to execute: a step for dividing a target area into meshes of a prescribed degree; a step for calculating the population density of each mesh on the basis of population data; a step for acquiring a sewage diffusion rate of the target area; a step for setting the meshes to a first state and, in descending order from the mesh with the highest calculated population, setting the meshes to a second state until the ratio of the number of second state meshes with respect to the total number of meshes reaches the sewage diffusion rate; and a step for estimating the presence/absence of sewage maintenance in the meshes on the basis of the first state and the second state."
The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 23, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/030274.
