MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517051782 A) filed by The Japan Steel Works, Ltd., Tokyo, on May 29, for 'program, prediction method, prediction device, and display device.'
Inventor(s) include Yokomizo, Kazuya; Ishiguro, Ryo; and Kimura, Koichi.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a program, etc., capable of accurately predicting the temperature of a film during molding. Provided is a program that causes a computer to execute a process for: acquiring measurement data during molding that is detected by a detection device and indicates the state of a film-molding machine that performs extrusion molding or the film molded by the film-molding machine; and on the basis of the acquired measurement data, predicting the film temperature during molding."
