MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411016858 A) filed by Nyokas Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi, on March 8, 2024, for 'protection system with health monitoring and impact assessment.'
Inventor(s) include Ajay Sangwan; Rohit T; and Vivek Jose.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a protection system (100) designed to offer comprehensive safety for individuals in hostile environments. At the core of the system is a ballistic suit (104) that envelops the user (102) in 360-degree protection, safeguarding against armor-piercing projectiles while accommodating a suite of sensors (104A) for monitoring vital health metrics. These sensors are interconnected via a communication unit (106) capable of robust RF transmission, ensuring continuous real-time data flow to a central control room (110). The data traverses a network (108), potentially augmented by GNSS/NAVIC, to a server (112) dedicated to processing incoming information, which is then archived within an associated database (114). A portable display unit (104B) relays critical health and impact data back to the user 102, providing instantaneous updates and assessments. This system is pivotal for enhancing the survivability and operational awareness of personnel, adapting to both individual and collective monitoring needs."
