MUMBAI, India, Jan. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541124917 A) filed by SR University, Warangal, Telangana, on Dec. 10, 2025, for 'quantum-resilient threat surface tensor model (qrtstm) for dynamic multi-uav networks.'
Inventor(s) include M. Vijaya Kumari; and Dr. K Venkatesh.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 2, under issue no. 01/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention reveals a Quantum-Resilient Threat Surface Tensor Model (QRTSTM) in the examination, forecasting and control of numerous-dimensional threats in dynamic multi-UAV networks. The system constitutes (quantum safe) higher-order tensors that encode UAV spatial or temporal or possess spectral, behavioural and cryptographic characteristics and incorporates quantum safe vulnerability scoring to maintain resilience in the face of the new quantum accelerated adversarial attacks. The invention uses a Tensor Construction Engine, Quantum-Resilience Evaluation Layer, Threat Projection Matrix, UAV Communication Interface, Topology Dynamics Monitor and Tensor Adaptation Controller. QRTSTM detects the adversarial paths of intrusion, communication abnormalities, swarm-level attacks, and cryptographic vulnerabilities through constant updating of tensors and threat scoring according to moveability. It is predicted using the model that would predict zero-day behaviour and multi-vector attacks using the methods of the tensor decomposition, spectral unfold, and adversarial projection. The invention is an offering of a platform-agnostic, scalable, real-time, system applicable to defense, enterprise, and industrial UAV applications that need cloud-level cyber-physical security guarantees."
