MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011954 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 12, for 'raw brick flipping assistive device for drying.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Saroj Kumar Acharya.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A raw brick flipping assistive device for drying, comprising a frame 101 accommodating a raw brick, an elongated handle 102 installed on the frame 101 gripped by the user, a computing unit wirelessly connected with the device for enabling a user to provide input, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 105 mounted on the handle 102 for detecting dimensions of the brick, multiple telescopically operated links 106 installed on the frame 101 to position multiple suction cups 107 attached with the telescopic links 106 to adhere with the brick, a suction unit configured with the frame 101 for actuating cups 107, a speaker 108 mounted on the handle 102 to notify the user, multiple pressure sensors integrated with the handle 102 to detect pressure exerted by the user on the handle 102 and a DC motor coupled with the pin joints 104 to tilt the rods 103."
