MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517066445 A) filed by Shenzhen Gainsea Technology Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on July 11, for 'ready-to-drink beverage bottle cap.'
Inventor(s) include Yan, Minghui; Wu, Wei; Zheng, Xiaodong; and Liao, Jie.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A ready-to-drink beverage bottle cap, relating to the technical field of bottle caps. The ready-to-drink beverage bottle cap comprises a cover body (1A) and a sealing plug (2A). The cover body (1A) and the sealing plug (2A) define a sealed storage cavity (4A). A pressing portion (11A) can drive, under the action of an external force, an elastic portion (12A) to deform and move downwards, and a pushing column (14A) synchronously pushes the sealing plug (2A) to move downwards, so that the sealing plug (2A) is disconnected from the bottom of a cover cylinder (15A) so as to open the storage cavity (4A)."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 18, 2024, under International application No.PCT/CN2024/073088.
