MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311084157 A) filed by Tushar Mittal, Gurugram, Haryana, on Dec. 10, 2023, for 'ready to install track component system of upright assembly having resilient and elastic properties.'

Inventor(s) include Tushar Mittal; and Jiya Lal.

The application for the patent was published on June 20, under issue no. 25/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Ready-to-install track systems are utilized at the base and upright positions within the wall partition system to provide support for upright assemblies. This support is facilitated by leveller assemblies at the bottom and top connectors at the uprights. The prefabricated track system having flat base with extended platforms is provided with divider walls positioned between the flat base and the extended platforms. The end walls run upward along the outer edges of the extended platforms serving to hold the upright assemblies in place on these platforms as shown in figure 2. Another aspect of the invention provides the free ends of divider walls of track system having resilient properties allowing them to be pushed apart and then naturally return to their original shape. This elasticity enables of track system enables a leveller assembly to be inserted and securely held."
