MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517072907 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on July 31, for 'resource determination method and apparatus, terminal device, and network device.'
