MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517096728 A) filed by Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, on Oct. 7, for 'resource selection for dynamically shared sidelink channels with mixed numerologies.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a transmitting user equipment (UE) (Tx UE) may receive a co-channel coexistence sidelink configuration for identifying and selecting a sidelink resource of a first network based, at least in part, on whether the sidelink resource of the first network occurs during a subframe of a sidelink resource of a second network. The Tx UE may transmit a sidelink message to a receiving UE in accordance with the co-channel coexistence sidelink configuration. Numerous other aspects are described."
