Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Resource Selection Method And Terminal Device' Filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517093455 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Sept. 29, for 'resource selection method and terminal device.'

Inventor(s) include Zhang, Shichang; and Ma, Teng.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided are a resource selection method and a terminal device. The method comprises: a physical layer of a terminal device determines a first candidate resource set in a resource selection window, wherein resources in the first candidate resource set are sidelink positioning reference signal resources in the resource selection window; and the physical layer of the terminal device reports a second candidate resource set to a media access control (MAC) layer, wherein the second candidate resource set comprises some or all of the resources in the first candidate resource set."
