According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a retractable weather-sensitive clothesline system designed to protect garments from sudden rain and high humidity. The system comprises a wall-mounted housing containing a motorized spool, a retractable clothesline, and a weather sensor module configured to detect rain and humidity. A controller automatically retracts the clothesline into the housing when adverse weather conditions are detected, thereby preventing re-wetting and mold formation. The assembly may include a solar panel and rechargeable battery for energy efficiency, a protective cover for shielding the clothesline, and a manual override mechanism for user control. This invention offers a space-saving, energy-efficient solution for domestic laundry drying in regions with unpredictable weather."
