MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527024437 A) filed by Mitsubishi Electric Mobility Corporation, Tokyo, on March 19, for 'rotary electric machine and method for manufacturing same.'
Inventor(s) include Suzuki Junya; Onishi Yoshihiko; and Sonoda Isao.
The application for the patent was published on June 20, under issue no. 25/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a rotary electric machine comprising: a motor that includes a rotary shaft; and a control unit that controls the motor. The control unit comprises: a board unit including a first circuit board and a second circuit board and a holding member which is disposed between the first circuit board and the second circuit board and holds the first circuit board and the second circuit board; a heatsink disposed between the motor and the board unit such as to face the first circuit board in the axial direction of the rotary shaft; and a fastening member that secures the board unit to the heatsink. The holding member has: a base portion; a first lock portion which is connected to the base portion and locks the first circuit board from a second surface which is of the first circuit board and is on the opposite side from a first surface facing the base portion; and a second lock portion which is connected to the base portion and locks the second circuit board from a fourth surface which is of the second circuit board and is on the opposite side from a third surface facing the base portion. The fastening member passes through the board unit in the axial direction and is fastened to the heatsink."
