MUMBAI, India, Dec. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417037595 A) filed by Daikin Industries, Ltd., Osaka, Japan, on May 13, for 'rotating electric machine, compressor, and refrigerator device.'

Inventor(s) include Shimizu Shunsuke; Hirano Masaki; Naka Shojiro; and Kitsu Yoshimi.

The application for the patent was published on Dec. 6, under issue no. 49/2024.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This rotating electric machine comprises a casing (11), a stator core (32), and a radial fixing part (60) that fixes the casing (11) and the stator core (32) by using a method for applying compressive stress at points from radially outward to radially inward on the stator core (32). The radial fixing part (60) is disposed within a range of a first angle between two lines respectively connecting the axis of the stator core (32) and two caulking parts (50) adjacent in the circumferential direction. When the stator core (32) is viewed from the axial direction, the caulking parts (50) are formed in rectangle shapes such that the long sides follow the radial direction of the stator core (32) and the short sides follow the circumferential direction of the stator core (32)."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 02, 2022, under International application No.PCT/JP2022/041044.
