MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547098480 A) filed by Sumitomo Riko Company Limited, Aichi, Japan, on Oct. 13, for 'rubber composition for rubber layer of multilayered hose, multilayered hose, and multilayered hose for motor vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Morita Takahiro; Hirado Motoki; Hirai Ryo; and Noda Masashi.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided is a multilayered hose having excellent layer-to-layer adhesion and excellent sealing properties. Also provided is a rubber composition for an inner-side rubber layer 1 and/or an outer-side rubber layer 3, the rubber composition comprising the following (A) to (D) components: (A) an ethylene/propylene/diene terpolymer, (B) a tackifier including a constituent unit derived from an aromatic monomer, (C) a bismaleimide compound, and (D) a vulcanizing agent."
