Inventor(s) include Sato Tadasuke.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided are: a rubber extruder that makes it possible to safely load a strip-shaped rubber material with a simple structure; a rubber extrusion system; and a rubber material loading method. A rubber extruder 2 is loaded with a strip-shaped rubber material G. The extruder comprises: a circular cylinder 5; a screw 6 disposed inside the cylinder 5; and a loading section 7 positioned on the upstream side of the cylinder 5 in the extrusion direction D. The loading section 7 comprises a loading port 7b that penetrates from an exterior surface 7a located at the radially outermost side of the cylinder 5 to an interior surface 5b of the cylinder 5. The screw 6 has a biting section 6a, which bites a leading end Ga of the rubber material G being loaded, at the position of the loading section 7 in the extrusion direction D. The distance L1 from the exterior surface 7a of the loading section 7 to the biting section 6a is smaller than the opening width W in the extrusion direction D at the exterior surface 7a of the loading port 7b."
The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 13, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/000840.
