According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A secondary battery including a negative electrode plate. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode material layer disposed on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector. The negative electrode material layer includes a negative electrode active material, a binder, and a conductive agent. The negative electrode active material includes a carbon material and silicon-carbon composite particles. Based on a mass of the negative electrode material layer, a mass percentage of silicon element is 4.4% to 10.5%, and a mass percentage of carbon element is 85% to 90%. A powder conductivity of the negative electrode material layer is 8 S/m to 15 S/m."
