According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Secure Mobile Depositing System The present invention relates to a Secure Mobile Depositing System designed to provide an automated and reliable solution for managing mobile devices in controlled environments such as classrooms, offices, and examination halls. The system is based on an embedded microcontroller architecture and integrates secure authentication mechanisms including PIN, RFID, and biometric verification to ensure authorized access and safe storage of devices. The system comprises a multi-slot storage unit, a user input interface, a motorized positioning mechanism, and a real-time monitoring module. Upon successful authentication, the system automatically aligns the designated storage slot using a motor-driven mechanism, allowing users to deposit or retrieve their mobile devices efficiently. The system also maintains transaction records using a real-time clock and can optionally generate receipts or display confirmations. The invention enhances discipline, minimizes distractions, and reduces manual intervention in managing mobile devices. It ensures improved security, transparency, and operational efficiency while preventing loss, theft, or misuse of devices. The system is cost-effective, scalable, and suitable for deployment in educational institutions, corporate environments, and other restricted areas requiring controlled mobile usage."
