MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010805 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 16, 2024, for 'secured entrance management device.'
Inventor(s) include Kul Bhushan Anand.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A secured entrance management device, comprising of a platform 1 installed at entrance of an enclosure and carved with a cavity 9 for allowing a user to enter/exit enclosure, a set of flaps 3 are sequentially arranged with platform 1 for covering cavity 9 for preventing any unauthorized accesses within enclosure, a fingerprint sensor for allowing individual to give fingerprint data for verification, a motorized pivot joint 4 configured between each of flaps 3 and platform 1 for rotating suitable number of flaps 3 away from cavity 9, a camera 5 mounted on platform 1 for capturing images of surroundings, a microphone 6 arranged on platform 1 for enabling user to give voice commands for allowing a pet to enter and an electronic nozzle 7 attached with chamber 8 stored with water and positioned on platform 1 for dispensing water on pet's legs to remove dust/dirt from pet's legs."
