MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441014203 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 27, 2024, for 'secured public transportation device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ezhilarasan Ganesan.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A secured public transportation device, comprising a body 1 having a first and second section, wherein the first section includes a seat 2 accommodated by a user, an imaging unit 3 installed on body 1 determining facial features of the user, a display panel 4 arranged on the body 1 accessed by user for controlling driving operations, a pair of planks 5 arranged on body 1 accessed by passengers to get accommodated, plurality of handles 6 arranged on the body 1 for securing, a speaker 7 integrated on the body 1 notifying passengers regarding acquiring seats in a balanced manner, a gyroscope 8 arranged on the body 1 monitoring angle of the body 1 with respect to the surface, plurality of air bags 9 integrated on the body 1 providing cushioning effect and plurality of motorized wheels 10 arranged underneath the body 1 for maneuvering the body 1."
