MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013534 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'secured travelling assistive device for two-wheelers.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A secured travelling assistive device for two-wheelers, comprises of a body 1 developed to be installed on carrier portion of two-wheeler, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 for capturing multiple surrounding images in vicinity of body 1, a robotic arm 5 is arranged on body 1 for establishing support for user to grip arm 5 while climbing on assembly, a telescopically operated rod 3 arranged on lateral ends of body 1 to get extended till back seat of the two-wheeler, a foldable ladder 4 assembled on the rod 3 to assist user in sitting over backseat, an ultrasonic sensor integrated on body 1 for monitoring dimensions of user, an extendable curved plate 6 arranged on body 1 for establishing a backrest for user, a motorized roller 7 arranged on body 1 coiled with strap 8 for establishing seat belt for user."
