MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511126322 A) filed by Raghav Productivity Solutions Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Dec. 13, 2025, for 'sequential multi-deck vibrating screener system.'
Inventor(s) include Sanjay Kabra.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Sequential Multi-Deck Vibrating Screener System A sequential multi-deck vibrating screener system and method for automated classification of particulate mineral feed are disclosed. The system features serially arranged vibrating screener units with stacked sieve decks of decreasing apertures, vibration mechanisms enabling size-based separation into multiple fractions via dedicated outlets, and inter-unit transfers for progressive refinement. Anti-blinding assemblies, such as ball-tray impactors or ultrasonic transducers, prevent blockages. Automated routing via chutes, diverter gates, and conveyors directs fractions to silos or processing, with magnetic separators removing iron contaminants from streams up to 25 mm and 5 mm. A plant-level PLC dynamically adjusts vibration parameters, monitors via sensors, sequences cleaning and routing, and ensures synchronous operation. The method includes staged feeding, vibration, fraction transfer, cleaning, routing, magnetic purification, and real-time PLC optimization for efficient, contaminant-free grading."
