According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a shifting system (100) for a drivetrain of a vehicle comprising a primary motor (102) and one or more secondary motors (104). The shifting system (100) comprises a shaft (106) having a cam profile (108) configured to actuate a pair of shift forks (110) either individually or simultaneously, an actuator (112) configured to enable linear motion of the shaft (106), and a rotary device (114) configured to enable rotational motion of the shaft (106). A controller (116) is configured to adjust relative position of the cam profile (108) and the shift forks (110) to change drive mode of the drivetrain between different drive modes to enable any or a combination of the primary motor (102) and the secondary motors (104) to drive the vehicle."
