MUMBAI, India, July 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511023454 A) filed by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu and Kashmir, on March 17, for 'single integrated holder case for mobile and power bank.'

Inventor(s) include Anu Priya; Ruchi Sharma; Tavishi Sharma; Rohit; Shubham Pratap Choudhary; Dr. Ankush Raina; and Kamini Pathania.

The application for the patent was published on July 11, under issue no. 28/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an integrated holder case (100) for securely holding mobile phone (102) and power bank (104) in single unit, enabling seamless charging without removing power bank (104). The integrated holder case (100) includes compartment (110) with cavity (110c1) to snugly accommodate power bank (104) and plurality of external clamps (112) for securing mobile phone (102). The compartment (110) comprises lower base (110a) and upper base (110b), both shaped to complement power bank (104), and interconnected by plurality of ribs (110c) to maintain a proper gap for housing power bank (104), and supporting element (110d) at one end ensures stability while providing access to charging ports and power indicators. The lower base (110a) and upper base (110b) incorporate ventilation patterns for effective heat dissipation and weight reduction. The integrated holder case (100) is preferably manufactured using PETG material via 3D-printing technology, ensuring durability and precision."
