[Solution] According to an aspect of the present invention, a slurry concentrating system is provided. This slurry concentrating system includes: a measurement unit that measures the solid-substance concentration of a pre-concentration slurry; a concentration unit that obtains, from the pre-concentration slurry, a concentrated slurry in which the solid-substance concentration is increased; and a determination unit that determines, on the basis of the solid-substance concentration of the pre-concentration slurry measured by the measurement unit, the amount of a dilution liquid to be added to the concentrated slurry or determines concentration conditions in the concentration unit."
