MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517042429 A) filed by Schott Ag, Mainz, Germany, on May 1, for 'solid electrolyte with improved dendrite resistance.'
Inventor(s) include Leukel, Sebastian; Hoinkis, Nina; Schuhmacher, Jorg; Loho, Christoph; Roters, Andreas; and Schneider, Meike.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte comprising a lithium ion-conducting material, more particularly glass ceramics, having improved dendrite resistance (resistance to the formation of dendrites), to its use and to a process of production."
