According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A spare tire carriage device for four-wheeler vehicles, comprising a rectangular base 1 adhered with back portion of vehicle by multiple electromagnets, a circular platform 2 installed with base 1 via an inverted T-shaped telescopically operated rod 3 for accommodating tire, a touch sensor for detecting positioning of base 1, a camera 4 mounted on platform 2 for detecting diameter of tire, an expandable pulley arrangement 5 integrated with platform 2 for adjusting diameter of platform 2, multiple curved members 6 by means of motorized hinges for securing tire, an ultrasonic sensor for detecting height of vehicle, a microphone 7 mapped on rod 3 for feeding command for opening boot, a gear-slider arrangement 8 configured between base 1 and rod 3 for positioning/tilting rod 3, a robotic arm 10 for engaging pressure gauge 11 with valve of tire, a laser projection unit 12 for guiding user."
