According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments of the present invention disclose a straddle-ride type vehicle (100). The straddle-ride type vehicle (100) includes a body frame (204), a power unit (122), an engine hanger (222), and a stopper member (202). The power unit (122) has a crankcase (224), a cylinder block (226) extends forwardly from the crankcase (224), a cylinder head (228), and a cylinder head cover (232) extends forwardly from the cylinder head (228). The engine hanger (222) swingably couples the power unit (122) with the body frame (204) and is adapted to allow swinging movements of the cylinder head cover (232) with respect to the cross frame member (218). The stopper member (202) is disposed on the cross frame member (218). The stopper member (202) supports the cylinder head cover (232) in one of a swinging positions of the cylinder head cover (232) during the swinging movements of the cylinder head cover (232)."
