MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511098532 A) filed by H. Jatin Vikash, New Delhi, on Oct. 13, 2025, for 'system, apparatus and method for vehicular propulsion using renewable energy and electromagnetic interaction.'
Inventor(s) include H. Jatin Vikash.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure discloses a system, apparatus, and method for vehicular propulsion utilizing renewable energy sources, particularly solar energy, integrated with electromagnetic interactions for efficient and sustainable motion. The system comprises solar panel assemblies for energy harvesting, rheostat-based current regulation linked to accelerator and brake pedals, a solenoid-permanent magnet assembly generating repulsive forces for propulsion, and drive motors coupled to vehicle wheels. It incorporates regenerative acceleration and braking for energy recovery, stored in an auxiliary battery via an inverter, ensuring backup power under low solar conditions. The disclosure provides jerk-free braking through inductive damping, reduces reliance on fossil fuels and grid electricity, and is adaptable to various vehicle types. The method involves harvesting solar energy, regulating current for propulsion, recovering kinetic energy, and switching between primary and auxiliary sources for uninterrupted operation."
