A carbon event point computation engine (4) generates discrete carbon event points linked to entity, time, location, and magnitude, which are processed by a continuous debit-credit automation engine (5). A secure cryptographic transaction and accounting layer (6) records and settles carbon-related digital units with audit trails. A compliance and audit dashboard (10) coupled to a policy and rule engine (11) generates jurisdiction-specific reporting. Optional modules include a living digital carbon asset representation module (7), an automated procurement mechanism (8), and a value redistribution engine (9)."
