MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421023022 A) filed by Jio Platforms Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on March 23, 2024, for 'system and method for generating user queries and responses related to the user queries.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a system (200) and a method (400) for generating user queries and responses related to the user queries. The method comprises receiving (401) the user queries as an input, and determining (403) whether the user queries are similar to the queries in a cache memory. Based on a result of the determination, the method comprises fetching (405) or generating (405) responses corresponding to the user queries from the cache memory, and display the responses on a User Interface (UI). A further step of the method comprises receiving a feedback in response to the displayed responses, and generating (413) queries similar to the user queries or responses of the generated queries based on the feedback. Thereafter, generated queries and the responses are stored in the cache memory for future reference in order to generate new responses and queries."
