According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A mobile-based ambulance application system optimizes emergency response by reducing delays caused by inaccurate location identification, traffic congestion, inefficient routing, and communication gaps. A user device transmits an emergency request with GPS incident coordinates. A backend server receives real-time ambulance location updates and availability status from driver devices, selects a nearest available ambulance, and generates a booking record. A tracking module provides real-time ambulance tracking and estimated arrival information to the user and dispatchers. A route optimization module computes a fastest route to the incident location while avoiding traffic congestion and can update routes dynamically. A notification module provides booking confirmations, driver instructions, and status alerts to stakeholders. A data layer stores user details, fleet data, booking records, and route records, enabling analytics for decision support. Security controls provide authenticated access and protected communications suitable for healthcare-related operations."
