MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611023057 A) filed by Graphic Era, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on Feb. 26, for 'system and method for real-time biofeedback wearable for stress management and work-life harmony.'
Inventor(s) include Roohi Naaz; Dr. Shipra Agarwal; Bharti Ramtiyal; and Riya Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a wearable device in the field of real-time biofeedback for stress management and work-life harmony. It comprises a flexible, ergonomic bracelet incorporating a flexible printed circuit board (PCB) that securely houses a physiological sensing module with a heart rate variability sensor, a skin temperature detector, and a motion sensor arranged along its inner circumference. A processing and control unit with an artificial intelligence-based emotional analytics engine computes a composite Harmony Index Score (HIS) from sensor outputs and behavioral inputs, while a dual-feedback module integrating vibration motors and thermal actuators delivers simultaneous haptic and warmth cues. A wireless communication module utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy transmits processed data and HIS to an external mobile application, and a power supply and management unit with a rechargeable battery ensures regulated energy distribution."
