The system (100) comprises a processing device (108) associated with a USIM or UICC, that is configured to receive one or more data packets comprising at least one command including a GET IDENTITY command and an AUTHENTICATE command, from one or more user device (104) based on at least one request initiated by one or more network (104 for the establishment of a secured communication between the device (104) and the network (104). The processing device (108) analyzes the command to establish a secured communication between the user device (104) and the network (102). Further, the processing device (108) monitors and counts the frequency of the GET IDENTITY command and/or AUTHENTICATE command exchanged between the user device (104) and the network (102) to track the security services of the user device (104)."
