MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421022040 A) filed by Certinal Software Private Limited, Maharashtra, on March 22, 2024, for 'system and method to generate an electronic signature workflow template and its updation.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The system and method to generate electronic signature workflow template and its updation using user interface based conversational dialogue system. The system first generates and proposes an electronic signature workflow transaction depending on the user inputs in the user interface (UI) based conversational dialogue system with respect to the uploaded document/s. After confirmation of the proposed electronic signature workflow transaction by the user for the selected document the system saving the approved workflow transaction as the workflow template for the selected document, thus generating a plurality of such electronic signature workflow templates for plurality of document types and storing the same in a database. The system also assists to update and modify plurality of electronic signature workflow templates simultaneously using the user interface based conversational dialogue system when a common change is required to be done by the user."
