MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621008211 A) filed by Apptestify Global Services Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, on Jan. 28, for 'system for hardware-enforced telemetry assurance and evidence-linked explainable operational intelligence in agile-devops environments.'

Inventor(s) include Suresh Kandasamy.

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A hardware-enforced telemetry assurance system for Agile-DevOps environments is disclosed. The system executes on at least one telemetry assurance appliance/server comprising processors, memory, non-volatile storage, a NIC with hardware timestamping, and a hardware root of trust. Domain-specific agents ingest DevOps, SRE, FinOps and DevSecOps telemetry and generate structured outputs including semantic claims, confidence scores and cryptographically signed evidence identifiers referencing hashed telemetry artefacts stored in an append-only/WORM evidence store. A consensus evaluation engine determines agreement across agents; when confidence is low a re-grounding controller changes acquisition windows and sampling to retrieve additional telemetry and re-invokes agents. A utility-based decision evaluation module computes performance-, cost- and risk-aware scores for candidate actions. Validated outputs feed a constrained explanation rendering subsystem that produces plain-language narratives referencing underlying evidence, within a sandbox/TEE, and explanation quality is measured by an Explainability Index (XI). Only sufficiently clear, traceable explanations are presented via dashboards."
