According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for paging a user equipment (UE) with concurrent connections to both a first network and a second network using one subscriber identity module (SIM). The UE may transmit one or more paging restrictions to one or more of the first network or the second network that indicates paging is restricted for communications on that network. The one or more paging restrictions may indicate that all paging via the first or second network is restricted, or may indicate that the paging restrictions are for certain protocol data unit (PDU) sessions. A network entity may receive a paging restriction message from a UE and may process paging messages based at least in part on the paging restriction message."

The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 30, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/044856.
