MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007787 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'tent installation assistive device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A tent installation assistive device, comprising a hollow rectangular body 1 configured with a C-shaped handle 2 that is gripped by a user to handle 2 body 1 at time of installing a tent on a ground surface, a camera 3 is installed on handle 2 for capturing multiple images of surrounding of body 1, a pair of electromagnetic spring 4 configured between body 1 and handle 2 initially in an energized state, a touch enabled screen 5 mounted on handle 2 for entering command regarding type cutting and removing tent peg, a speaker for generating an audible command to engage peg within V-shape slot 6 to initiate process of removal of peg, a hinge 8 integrated at center portion of body 1 for tilting body 1 forming an inverted V-shape structure and a motorized cutter 9 pivoted with body 1 to allow user to cut rope/fabric."
