Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Therapeutic Vaccine Comprising A Specific Antigen Of A Disease That Does Not Affect The Central Nervous System And Nanoparticles, And Use Of Said Vaccine' Filed by Vaxinano

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202347037859 A) filed by Vaxinano, Loos, France, on June 1, 2023, for 'therapeutic vaccine comprising a specific antigen of a disease that does not affect the central nervous system and nanoparticles, and use of said vaccine.'

Inventor(s) include Betbeder, Didier; Loiseau, Philippe; Lanza, Juliane Sousa; and Cojean, Sandrine.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to the field of therapeutic vaccines. More particularly, it relates to a therapeutic vaccine for treating individuals who are carriers of a disease or pathogen that does not affect the brain, such as leishmaniasis, cancer or any pathogenic infection."

The patent application was internationally filed on Sept. 24, 2021, under International application No.PCT/FR2021/051655.
