The thermal management integrated module includes a chiller, and a refrigerant side assembly, a refrigerant side runner plate, a coolant side runner plate, and a coolant side assembly which are connected in sequence, wherein the coolant side assembly is communicated with the chiller through a first circulation channel in the coolant side runner plate to form a plurality of groups of coolant side heat exchange circulation open loops, the refrigerant side assembly is communicate with the chiller through a second circulation channel of the refrigerant side runner plate to form a plurality of groups of refrigerant side heat exchange circulation open loops, and the chiller is configured for heat exchange between the refrigerant side heat exchange circulation open loop and the coolant side heat exchange circulation open loop."
