MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611025247 A) filed by Mr. Simar Kapoor; and Mr. Satvik Kapoor, New Delhi, on March 3, for 'thermoforming anti-suction mould assembly and method for manufacturing colour floor mats.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a thermoforming anti-suction mould assembly and method for manufacturing colour floor mats. The mould includes an aluminium mould body, an internal vacuum distribution system comprising vacuum channels and distributed apertures, and a controlled air-release system configured to prevent suction lock during demoulding. Removable inserts enable decorative and colour variations. The invention improves surface quality, reduces defects, and enhances production efficiency in thermoforming applications."
