MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517081167 A) filed by Nippon Steel Corporation; and Vallourec Oil And Gas France, Tokyo, on Aug. 27, for 'threaded joint for steel pipes.'
