According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A throttle controlling device for two-wheeler, comprising a telescopically operated frame 1 positioned adjacent to a throttle tube of a two-wheeler vehicle, a handle 9 providing grip to a user to hold frame 1, an ultrasonic sensor detecting distance between second portion 3 and tube for extending frame 1 to position a cylindrical member 4, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 5 for determining size and dimension of tube for actuating an expandable pulley arrangement 6 for expanding member 4 to allow accommodation of tube, a microphone 7 for enabling user to input details regarding a speed for directing a motorized universal joint 8 for providing rotational motion in order to provide movement to throttle tube, and a LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) sensor for detecting presence of obstacle during movement of vehicle for expanding arrangement 6 for gradual decreasing the vehicle's speed."
