MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517048792 A) filed by Zte Corporation, Guangdong, China, on May 20, for 'timeline determination of transmitter switching.'
Inventor(s) include Shi, Jing; Han, Xianghui; Wei, Xingguang; and Kou, Shuaihua.
The application for the patent was published on June 6, under issue no. 23/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Wireless communications with uplink transmitter (Tx) switching may include an optional user equipment (UE) capability that allows uplink (UL) transmission on a band with the number of Tx chains unchanged during the switching. One Tx chain may be maintained on the band during UL switching. The optional UE capability may include modifications to the switching timeline. For example, an UL transmission on a third band may be made during UL Tx switching between two other bands."
The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 15, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/076290.
