According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state determination method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving first information, which is sent by a network device, and determining N TCI states on the basis of the first information (S11), wherein N is a positive integer; and receiving second information, which is sent by the network device, and determining M TCI states from among the N TCI states on the basis of the second information (S12), wherein M is a positive integer, M is less than or equal to N, and the M TCI states are used for indicating quasi co-location information for a terminal to receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). Some TCI states are determined, by means of second information, from among a plurality of TCI states, which are indicated by first information, such that a TCI state that is used by a terminal in receiving a PDCCH and/or a DMRS of the PDCCH is determined in a multi-TRP condition, thereby improving the reception flexibility of the PDCCH and/or the DMRS of the PDCCH, which PDCCH and DMRS are based on a unified TCI state."
