MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011914 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 12, for 'tv screen relocation assistive device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Pragyan Paramita Pattnaik.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A TV screen relocation assistive device, comprising a cuboidal body 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface and inside an enclosure, wherein multiple motorized wheels are arranged underneath the body 101 for providing movement to the body 101 on the surface, an imaging unit 102 mounted on the body 101 and integrated with a processor to detect presence of a TV (television) screen near the body 101 and within the enclosure, a hydraulic actuator 103 arranged on the body 101 to position a U-shaped frame 104 attached with free-end of the actuator 103 in proximity to the TV screen, a speaker 105 mounted on the body 101 for producing audio alerts for notifying the user to accommodate a TV screen over the frame 104, an ultrasonic sensor is configured on the body 101 that works in synchronization with the imaging unit 102 for detecting dimensions."
