According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method for wireless communication includes receiving, by a communication device, a first signal containing an indication of a first group of frequency bands available for communication from a network device; and transmitting, by the communication device, a list of a second group of frequency bands supported by the communication device, wherein the list of the second group of frequency bands is determined independent of the indication of first group of frequency bands."
